This isn’t intended to be negative feedback just a warning that your purchase will not be refunded if your order is classed as “personalised” Personalised to most people means ENGRAVING a name or date but apparently even choosing a birthstone is classed as personalised,(it wasn’t even my birthstone,I just wanted a white crystal!)When it arrived the crystal was so small,like a dot,I was disappointed for the price£45.When I contacted Rosefield they told me it was advertised as personalised( not on my order,see photo)& refused to refund. On a positive note the communication was good.
