Octagon XS Gold

The watch is beautiful, great quality. Sadly however, when mine delivered it did not come with strap tools to adjust - I had to pay a watch shop to adjust it as the clasp broke. Similar to a bracelet I bought, it was not easy to adjust the bracelet and had to get a watch shop to do it. If it could come with some instructions, some tools for adjustment etc that would be better. Returns process also wasn’t easy due to an issue with the website. Amazing watch but these little issues made it a more complicated and expensive process.
